QUOTATION
After identifying a vehicle, We will issue a total quote (cost of the vehicle plus import duty, clearing and registration fees. We will keep updating you on all aspects of the importation process. We will also provide all the details of the vehicle like the chassis number, color & mileage. If you are not in a position to pay us a visit, all this can be shared via your Email Address or Whatsapp.

PAYMENT
Payment can be done in full or in two installments. The first payment is the Cost and Freight cost (C&F) with the client being listed as the Consignee of the vehicle. Payment of C&F ensures that the vehicle is shipped from country of origin. Once the vehicle arrives in Mombasa, the client makes the second payment which covers Duty, Port charges, clearing fees, registration and Final Delivery Costs.

SHIPPING
After paying the Cost and Freight,we will buy the vehicle,take it for inspection and once issued with an inspection certificate,a Shipping schedule with the details of the name of the Vessel carrying the car and estimated timing of arrival is issued. Shipping Time can vary between 45 days to 60 days depending on availability of vessels, inspection time (Japan & UK cars) and other factors such as the route which a vessel takes. The Bill of Lading and other export documents normally arrive one week or two weeks prior to a ship's arrival.

CLEARING AND FINAL DELIVERY
For Cars that are inspected in their country of origin (Japan and UK), clearing from the Port takes around one week, for ex-UAE, Singapore & Australia cars, clearing takes two weeks due to prolonged inspection in Mombasa. Final delivery to Nairobi is done by Trucks from where the cars can be picked by their new owners at our offices or Delivered to you at your preferred point- within & outside Nairobi.
